Main missions:
- Support for customers for technical questions about existing or future products and/or services mainly in the residential segment
- Preparation of pre-design and material lists for drawing up quotations
- Informing customers proactively about product changes
- Maintain network technical contact points at customers
- Building up knowledge about existing and new products and solutions
- Internal contact point for product knowledge
- Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the product portfolio for the BU Residential
- Offer support in the realization of residential projects (kick-off meeting, analysis of specifications, proposal, planning, etc.)
- Provide training and support/back up for the Solar Academy training courses
- Preparation of complex quotations
- Management of technical files in SalesForce

Requirement
- A master’s degree in xqknzec Electro-technics, civil or industrial engineering or similar qualification
- Residing in Belgium
- Minimum 2 ears experience in a technical environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French, German is a plus
- Stress resistant
